I have worked for some best-in-class firms and built my experience in three key areas that give me a unique perspective to impact your organization. My experience has been in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and management, Sales and Marketing, and Employee Benefits Management; with 15 years of HCM technology experience, 22 years of successful sales experience, and, most recently, 2 years of experience in Employee Benefits, I have an understanding of three essential areas of your business. Years of experience is only relevant if you’ve had an impact, right? I have personally sold over 7 million dollars in net new HCM, led teams that have sold over 9 million dollars in net new HCM and have an average increase of 25-30% in existing sales. Outside the numbers, I attribute success to the collaboration, willingness to learn, and valued relationships.

Doreen Dartez, VP of Consulting

I have spent approximately 30 years in Sales & Marketing, and have mentored, managed, and trained many over the years. As an individual contributor, I had the distinct advantage of working in the HR Technology arena as it came to exist. Due to that timing, over the past 25 years, I was able to learn the complexities of the various HR solutions in detail, one-by-one, as they were introduced to the market. This experience, combined with spending the last two years focused on Benefits Technology, has given me a deep understanding of the intricacies of multiple modules of functionality. I attribute my successful career to a true passion for solving clients’ issues, and maintaining my reputation for being reliable, credible, and most importantly, honest.

I will use my experience to help your organization increase revenue, streamline processes, and provide you white-glove service and consultation.  HR solutions are evolving faster than ever, year after year, and I will be keeping your organization ahead of the curve on relevant technology.  I look forward to working as an extension of your team!
